Main villa, in addition to the swimming pool (6 * 12 mt. approximately), has a vegetable garden, chicken coop, the refrigerating room and the wine cellar and a traditional wood-burning oven. In the surrounding of this house it is possible to create a building (100 square meters) to be used as a guesthouse and for other services.

DIVISION OF THE PROPERTY
The property is 120 ha and has also a wide surface of coppice (about 90 hectares), as well as approx. 6 hectares intended for specialized cultivation of trees (walnut, cherry, maple, etc..). The forest borders the National Forest. It is crossed by a network of trails, some of which are linked to those of the national forest, thus allowing magnificent walks.
The remaining part is divided in traditional agricultural crops (cereals, grass), olive grove (700 trees), andwild boarsfor a few sheep and deer. About 6 hectares are fenced to protect cultures from wild boars.
The property has a full complement of agricultural equipment housed in the shed, where you can find also an industrial laundry.
